[Remote] Trademark Attorney (part time for top law firm)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tower Legal Solutions is a top law firm seeking an experienced Senior Trademark Prosecution Attorney to join their team on a part-time contract basis. This role will focus on managing trademark prosecution matters and supporting the intellectual property portfolio, offering a steady workload without requiring full-time hours.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Handle U.S. trademark prosecution, including clearance, filing, and maintenance
ā¢ Draft and review trademark-related documents and correspondence
ā¢ Advise on trademark strategy and portfolio management
ā¢ Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel as needed
Skills
ā¢ Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing
ā¢ Minimum of 5 years of trademark prosecution experience
ā¢ Strong knowledge of U.S. trademark laws and USPTO procedures
ā¢ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
ā¢ Prior experience as a U.S. Patent & Trademark Office examining attorney strongly preferred
ā¢ Hybrid schedule with 2ā3 days in-office preferred
