[Remote] Total Rewards Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Remote Total Rewards Analyst to support the administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries regarding Total Rewards and involves customer service, data management, and analytical support. Responsibilities Serve as a primary contact to resolve employee inquiries and issues related to benefits, compensation, pay practices, and Total Rewards policies Maintain knowledge base documentation and frequently asked questions to support employee self-service Day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs including eligibility, enrollment, and auditing Coordinate with benefits vendors to resolve employee issues and eligibility discrepancies Responsible for compensation and benefits data maintenance including job codes, salary ranges, pay changes, employee life events in the HRIS Support market pricing and compensation analysis projects by gathering and organizing data, including salary survey submissions Assist with the annual processes including open enrollment and merit review process including data preparation, system audits, testing and communication Maintain job descriptions and job catalog information Assist with reporting requests from HR leadership, Finance, and operations Assist with compliance documentation, policy updates and standard operating procedures Skills Bachelor's Degree 1+ years of related experience Basic understanding of employee benefits programs and compensation practices Strong critical thinking, attention to detail and data accuracy Strong customer service mindset and ability to explain information clearly to employees Problem-solving and issue resolution, with a focus on ongoing process improvement and efficiency Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Organizational and time management skills Attention to confidentiality and data privacy Experience market pricing jobs preferred Experience supporting employees in an HR service center environment preferred Experience in healthcare or multi-location organizations is a plus Benefits Access to health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account $500 matching contribution Eligible for PTO and Holiday pay Company paid life insurance and long-term disability (full-time only) Access to voluntary short term disability insurance (full-time only) Access to additional life insurance Eligible for Accident and Critical Illness Insurance, Hospital Indemnity and Cancer Guardian 401K with employer contribution Profit sharing Employee discounts And much more!
