They are seeking a Global Tooling Operations Director II to optimize global tooling operations across various functions including planning, logistics, and asset governance while ensuring high performance in a project environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, standardize, and deploy a global Lean Daily Management operating system, including Daily Management Rhythm (DMR), Management Operating Rhythm (MOR), and Site/Service Management Rhythm (SMR), across the end-to-end tooling workflowEstablish and lead a tiered performance management architecture with clear escalation logic, standardized KPIs, and automated digital dashboards that enable real-time decision-makingOwn the North America execution control tower, providing end-to-end operational oversight and serving as the primary decision point for trade-offs among speed, cost, and service levelsLead the global shared services model for tooling centers, centralizing support activities to improve scale, consistency, and efficiencyOwn annual equipment CAPEX planning and execution, including development of multi-year ROI models for replacement, repair-versus-buy, and retirement decisions based on utilization, condition, and riskGovern global financial policies related to rental rate methodologies, depreciation logic, replenishment rules, and CAPEX versus OPEX treatmentLead the asset lifecycle economics model from acquisition through end-of-life, ensuring tooling investment decisions support margin expansion, cash flow performance, and service readinessSupport strategic network design and footprint optimization decisions, including tooling center location, redesign, and capacity planning to improve lead time and service performanceOwn the end-to-end Tooling S&OP process, integrating demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory positioning into a single decision-making frameworkServe as system-of-record owner for the Tooling Master Database, ensuring data integrity, asset classification consistency, and effective downstream dependency managementLead global quality processes for tooling operations, including ISO compliance, audit readiness, certification governance, and operational risk mitigationProvide product ownership for advanced analytics capabilities, including AI-enabled forecasting, semantic tooling catalog models, and predictive readiness logicOwn tooling catalog standards and compliance logic, including customs classification and HS mapping requirements that affect global regulatory executionTravel may be requiredYou may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core valuesSkillsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college12+ years of progressive experience in global operations, supply chain, logistics, or related industrial environmentsDemonstrated experience designing and implementing Lean Daily Management systems in a global environmentStrong experience managing large-scale budgets and developing complex financial and ROI modelsProven change management capability, including leadership of major structural changes such as facility relocations, network redesign, or global process transformationEnglish proficiency requiredMaster's degree preferredStrong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in a global matrix organizationDemonstrated experience leading S&OP execution in a complex operational environmentHigh digital fluency, including experience with automated dashboarding, advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and ERP/system-of-record governanceStrong business and financial acumen, including understanding of asset depreciation, rental rate methodologies, and P&L impactAbility to lead through ambiguity, drive operational rigor, and translate strategy into scalable executionBenefitsInsurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life)Retirement savingsHealth and Wellness reimbursementA bonus or incentive programEligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan.Company OverviewFieldCore is focusing on energyy industry.
