[Remote] Title Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Title Analyst will perform thorough examinations of land records and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve title issues, ensuring timely and compliant transactions. Responsibilities Perform thorough examinations of land records, assessment records and tax certificates to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the title products Identify and assist in the resolution of title deficiencies to support the issuance of title commitments that meet marketability standards Prepare documents, input data and closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve title issues promptly Actively communicate with closers and clients to address outstanding title items, ensuring timely and compliant transactions Skills High school diploma or GED 1+ years' experience in title research, title examination or a related field Ability to interpret title commitments across various jurisdictions Knowledge of the title curative process for resolving outstanding title issues Familiarity with title documents, including deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, assignments, powers of attorney and affidavits Basic understanding of foreclosure processes, including short sales, deeds in lieu and judicial and non-judicial foreclosures Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with high accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid interpersonal skills Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Good judgement with the ability to evaluate and make decisions Strong time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Customer service/ client orientation with strong execution skills and results orientation Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities High-level of attention to detail and consistency Flexible, open to change; ability to learn new things quickly Collaborative; ability to work effectively with others Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance Disability Insurance Pet Insurance 401k Program with Employer Matching 3 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Wellness Initiatives Employee Assistance Program Company Overview GenStone Realty is a real estate agnecy.
