Key Responsibilities • Review and moderate user-generated video content on the TikTok platform. • Ensure all content adheres to established community guidelines, terms of service, and policies. • Identify and report inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content. • Make accurate and consistent moderation decisions based on provided training and guidelines. • Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior moderators or specialized teams as needed. • Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment. • Contribute to a safe and positive online experience for users.
