[Remote] TikTok Shop Operations Coordinator

The TikTok Shop Operations Coordinator will support the scaling of the TikTok Shop affiliate live-streaming program, assist with creator management, and maintain performance data to contribute to the brand's expansion across TikTok. Responsibilities Support scaling of the TikTok Shop affiliate live-streaming program, including scheduling, coordination, and asset preparation Assist in identifying, onboarding, and supporting micro-creators to expand channel reach Manage and organize Agency creator partnerships, permissions, and relationship-building Maintain internal documents, trackers, and reporting sheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date performance data Track creator performance, campaign progress, and KPIs; flag opportunities and concerns proactively Contribute ideas and market observations to help identify new, innovative ways to grow the channel Skills Strong organizational abilities with proven experience managing multiple tasks and priorities High level of administrative competence, including updating documents, tracking data, and managing systems Results-oriented mindset, motivated by metrics, performance, and continuous improvement Excellent verbal and written communication skills with comfort interacting with creators and internal team members Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Google Sheets Comfortable using Discord; familiarity with creator communities is a plus Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution Interest in creator economy, social commerce, or TikTok Shop Company Overview adaptogenic health beverage to reduce stress & anxiety.
