They are seeking a TikTok Shop Growth Consultant to help DTC merchants successfully launch and scale their businesses on TikTok Shop, focusing on operational execution and product feedback.ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day onboarding execution for pilot merchants through a 6–8 week TikTok Shop launch and scale sprintHelp merchants with store readiness, Seller Center setup, catalog readiness, listing QA, and basic listing optimization after the merchant has been successfully onboarded by a Solutions ArchitectTeach merchants how to use AfterShip Feed Listing and Affiliates during the launch and scaling processSupport early affiliate activation workflows, including creator matching and campaign setup basics where relevantRun weekly merchant check-ins, track blockers, escalate product and integration issues, and maintain launch trackersDocument repeatable onboarding and growth playbooks that can later be productized or scaled through agency/TSP partnersWork closely with Product, Solutions/TAM, Partnerships, and GTM teams to translate merchant needs into product improvements and operational learningsSkillsHands-on experience in TikTok Shop seller operations, DTC operations, or TSP/agency operationsIdeally has worked at TikTok Shop as an AM, or at a leading TSP/TikTok Shop Partner as an AM or operations leadStrong familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and ShopifyComfortable with catalog, listing, PDP optimization, and launch readiness workflowsFamiliarity with affiliate and creator operationsMerchant-facing, operationally strong, detail-oriented, and able to create clean process documentationComfortable working with Product to turn operational insights into product featuresNorth America-based preferredBilingual capability is preferred but not requiredBenefitsCompetitive compensationRemote-first/hybrid-flexible work setupsHealthcare coverage offered from day 1Retirement plans including company matchUnlimited PTOAnnual learning & wellness benefitMonthly book perkCareer progression & professional developmentIn-office lunch and commuter benefits for those located in our hub locationsCompany OverviewWe help e-commerce businesses grow and make buying and selling accessible to everyone, everywhere.
