Remote Therapist (LPC or LCSW) – Telehealth | Supervision & Mentorship Opportunities
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our telehealth practice serving adults across Wisconsin.
This fee-for-service role may be a great fit for clinicians who enjoy the flexibility of private practice while having insurance credentialing, billing, referrals, and administrative support handled by the practice.
Clinicians maintain autonomy in their clinical approach while working within an affirming, collaborative practice environment.
Clinicians may also have the opportunity to provide supervision to a small number of trainees (up to four) working toward licensure, if interested.
Compensation
• $60–$90 per completed 53–60 minute client or supervision session depending on experience, availability, payer mix, and role responsibilities including supervision responsibilities
• Consistent referral stream to support building a stable caseload
• Flexible scheduling
• Opportunity to build a long-term caseload within an established telehealth practice
• Additional compensation available for providing clinical supervision to trainees

Neurodiversity & Disability Affirming Therapy Ltd. is a mental health practice specializing in therapy for adults who are neurodivergent or living with chronic illness or disability.
Our clinicians commonly work with individuals experiencing:
• ADHD
• Autism
• Anxiety disorders
• Depression
• OCD
• Trauma and PTSD
• Bipolar disorder
• Psychosis
• Chronic medical conditions and disability
Many of the individuals we serve have historically had difficulty accessing clinicians who understand neurodiversity or chronic illness. Our practice aims to expand access to affirming, evidence-based mental health care.
Responsibilities
• Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth
• Maintain timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate
• Participate in consultation when helpful
• Option to provide supervision to trainees working toward licensure (up to four)

• Paid Sick or Personal Leave accruing at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (up to 40 hours annually)

Qualifications
Candidates must
• Hold an active Wisconsin LPC or LCSW license
• Have experience providing psychotherapy to adults
• Be comfortable providing telehealth services
• Have interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and people with chronic illness or disability
Preferred but not required:
• Prior private practice experience
• Interest in supervising clinicians working toward licensure
• Training in CBT, ACT, trauma-informed therapies, or related approaches
