[Remote] Test Engineer/Business Analyst (Agile Delivery Focus)

They are seeking a Test Engineer/Business Analyst with an Agile Delivery Focus to support Agile delivery teams through requirements analysis, testing activities, and stakeholder communication for enterprise analytics and operational systems.ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenariosSupport sprint planning, backlog refinement, release validation, and Agile delivery activitiesConduct functional, integration, and regression testing across enterprise applications and analytics solutionsTrack defects, coordinate issue resolution, and support operational readiness activitiesFacilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and business partnersSupport validation of reporting outputs, analytics workflows, and enterprise data platform solutionsParticipate in testing and validation activities involving Databricks-based reporting or analytics environmentsMaintain Agile documentation, process artifacts, and testing deliverablesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, QA/Test Engineering, or Agile delivery rolesExperience supporting enterprise software delivery in Agile environmentsExperience creating user stories, test scenarios, and supporting release activitiesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with testing methodologies and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similarExposure to Databricks through analytics platforms, reporting validation, testing, or enterprise data environments requiredExperience supporting analytics, reporting, or cloud-based platformsExperience validating reporting outputs, data workflows, or enterprise analytics systemsFamiliarity with enterprise data lakes, warehouses, or modern data ecosystemsScrum or Agile certifications preferredExperience supporting modernization or transformation initiativesBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageFlexible Spending Account401k programCompetitive PTO offeringsParental LeaveOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCompany OverviewBlueprint is redefining the data solutions ecosystem.
