They are seeking a Test Engineer to design and implement testing methodologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards while contributing to a collaborative team environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement custom test equipment, fixturing, and instrumentationTranslate system requirements and specifications into formalized test methodsPerform standard device testing (e.g., DOE, GR&R) and data characterizationExecute testing protocols with precision and accuracyDraft and revise technical documentation, including methods and test scriptsReview test results for quality and complianceComply with all applicable industry and client safety procedures and trainingApply relevant industry and client standardsAdhere to ALCOA (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate) principlesCoordinate materials, traceability, and supply readiness with engineering teamsTrack and maintain test documentation, materials, issues, and schedulesPresent and communicate testing results and issues clearly to stakeholdersActively contribute to technical team knowledge and verification practicesApply foundational statistical methods in test analysisEnsure integrity and traceability of all collected test dataSkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline2+ years of experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably involving lab testingProficient knowledge of lab testing principles, mechanical device testing, and Zwick Roell systemsAbility to define and verify test steps and cases based on design and stakeholder needsUnderstanding of measurement uncertainty and engineering fundamentalsStrong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilitiesEffective communication and collaborative teamwork skillsTime management and organizational ability in a fast-paced environmentCompany OverviewWe help bring medical devices to market better and faster -- so people around the world can live healthier lives.
