[Remote] Territory Sales Manager (West), Golf Technology

Giro Sport Design is seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships within the West region. This role focuses on account development, territory planning, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver sales objectives, while engaging with key customers and analyzing market trends.ResponsibilitiesWork towards overall revenue performance for the assigned territory and ensure achievement of regional sales goalsHelp develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with company objectivesAnalyze sales data, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with key and strategic accounts while supporting broader account coverage across the regionTravel throughout the region to call on golf courses, retailers, fitting centers, academies, colleges, and partnersBuild and maintain relationships with key customers and influencersConduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessionsRepresent Revelyst Golf Technology at trade shows, demo days, tournaments, and regional events as neededServe as a regional liaison between sales, marketing, operations, other regional sales and leadership teamsProvide actionable market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedbackEnsure consistent brand messaging and execution across the territoryMaintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM toolsEnsure compliance with pricing policies, contractual terms, and company standardsPrepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior leadershipAnalyze regional market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunitiesRecommend strategic adjustments to strengthen market positionSkills5+ years of experience in outside sales or territory managementStrong leadership, communication, and presentation skillsProven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cyclesComfortable with frequent regional travel, including overnight staysValid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safelyProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar toolsPrior experience leading, mentoring, or managing sales representativesGolf industry experience (technology, equipment, or related sporting goods strongly preferred)Existing network of golf professionals, course operators, retailers, or industry partnersExperience selling technical, data-driven, or performance-focused productsBenefitsMedical and dentalVisionDisability and life insurance401KPTOPaid holidaysGear discountsCompany OverviewGiro was founded more than 30 years ago by Jim Gentes, a man with an obsession for design and answering unmet needs.
