They are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships within the dental industry.ResponsibilitiesCall on all company authorized dealers in an assigned territoryDevelop good business partnerships with these dealers and their sales representativesDirect and develop distributors and dealers to sell Ivoclar Clinical product lineIntroduce new products/promotions and demonstrate the ability to gain market share with these programsDevelop influential dentists as referrals and customers in assigned territoryCommunicate to company management about these VIP dentistsParticipate in and sell at local, regional, and national dental trade shows and seminarsSell Clinical product line to the dental schools in assigned territoryDevelop a strong business relationship with directors and chairpersonsParticipate in local dental study club product evaluation programsParticipate in a minimum of 4 presentations annuallyBe familiar with the location and operations of any government dental facility in assigned territoryIntroduce Ivoclar products to the personnel of these facilitiesMaintain an effective and current sales plan for assigned territoryInclude specific sales programs, competitive product, and environment analysisSkillsCollege Degree preferred along with 18 months of related experiencePrevious sales experience desiredTechnical and professional knowledge of dental sales and marketing desirableGood written and verbal communication skillsGood organizational and interpersonal skillsA valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a credit card is requiredBenefitsMonthly sales incentiveAnnual profit participation incentiveMonthly car allowanceCompany OverviewThis is the official LinkedIn page of Ivoclar North America (NA).
