Incendia Partners is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive growth in the South Central sales region for financial services focused on alternative investments. The role emphasizes new business development, relationship building, and client engagement while supporting a diverse client base including investors and advisors.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business through territory-based outreach, networking, and in-person meetingsBuild and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunitiesProvide consultative guidance on retirement and investment solutionsExecute a regional sales strategy aligned with revenue goalsTrack activity, pipeline, and performance within CRM systemsPartner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service deliveryRepresent the organization at regional events and partner meetingsEstablish long-term referral and partner relationships to drive growthSkillsCandidates MUST have the required industry related experience for consideration: financial services, banking, alternative investments, IRA/retirement services, or related investment-based industriesMust live in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston or Austin, and within a comfortable distance to a major airport for travelThis is a true hunter-style sales role requiring consistent new business development, proactive prospecting, and self-generated pipeline creation within an assigned territory2–5+ years of sales experience within financial services, banking, alternative investments, IRA/retirement services, or related investment-based industriesDirect experience in banking, wealth management, retirement accounts (e.g., IRAs/401(k) services), or investment/alternative asset sales strongly preferred; candidates outside these verticals will not be considered competitiveStrong track record of lead generation and closing businessExcellent communication, organization, and time management skillsWillingness to travel frequently within assigned territoryAbility to operate independently in a remote, performance-driven roleBackground in consultative or relationship-based sales environmentsExposure to advisor or investor networks is a plusHighly motivated, competitive, and self-directedComfortable operating in a field-heavy, high-activity territory modelBenefitsCommission Plan: Provided during offer process.On-Target Earnings in year 2 (OTE): $200,000+ (uncapped).This is a fully remote roleTravel (approximately 25%) will be primarily regional driving with some air travel as needed.Company OverviewIncendia Partners is a staffing agency that offers consulting, recruiting, and staffing services.
