[Remote] Territory Account Manager - MW

Inline Plastics is seeking a Territory Account Manager responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with regional end user accounts. The role focuses on increasing sales growth, profitability, and identifying new opportunities within the assigned region while serving as the primary sales contact for clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and improve end user relationshipsClose new sales and achieve or exceed sales targetsNegotiate regional sales agreements and contracts with assigned end users by utilizing company pricing modelsSet and monitor sales forecasted targets and budgetsPrioritizing customer satisfactionCollect and analyze sales data and trendsEstablish a minimum of quarterly touch base meetings with top end user accountsPresent performance to management regularlyProvide constant communication with all levels of the commercial sales teamComply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirementsReport to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazardsAttend scheduled EH&S training programFollows Product Safety and Quality standardsFollows GMP’s in regard to food contact packaging as it pertains to the employeeFollows IPC product defense standards and complies with all SQF requirementsSkillsBachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; 5+ years related experience and/or training; or 10+ years of equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, Including executive and C-levelDemonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skillsExperience in managing multi-million-dollar accountsPossess excellent negotiation and leadership skillsProficient with Microsoft Office softwareExperience with Salesforce and/or CRM systemsPosition requires extensive TravelCompany OverviewInnovation.
