[Remote] Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator (Part-time - Remote)

They are seeking a Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and sourcing support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment process.ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channelsEngage in social media and other channels to increase candidate flow through social media campaignsConduct initial resume reviews against established job qualificationsAssist with candidate outreach and scheduling of phone screens and interviewsCoordinate interview logistics and communications with candidates and hiring teamsMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting dataSupport recruitment reporting and pipeline trackingAssist with reference checks, background check coordination, and other pre-employment activities as neededEnsure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communicationProvide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition functionSkills1–3 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or administrative experienceExperience with working with HRIS systems like UKG or similar ATS platformsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretionProficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platformsExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or other sourcing tools preferredExperience supporting nonprofit organizations is a plusCompany OverviewMarch of Dimes supports research, education, advocacy, and programs aimed at improving the health of mothers and babies.
