[Remote] Temporary Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator

They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a smooth and positive hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing logistics, and maintaining candidate records.ResponsibilitiesScheduling interviews and managing recruiting logisticsCommunicating with candidates and internal stakeholders- hiring managers, human resourcesMaintaining accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System: PaylocityCoordinating interview panels, debriefs, and feedback collectionSupporting job postings, offer logistics, and recruiting eventsHandling hiring manager requests for job descriptions, information, compensation and job postingUpdate job posting templates in Paylocity (Applicant Tracking System)Coordinate candidate reference checksAssist recruiting process with sourcing and resume distributionProvide administrative support and handle the flow of candidates throughout the recruitment processLiaison with HR Generalist to provide seamless transition to onboardingParticipate in HR department meetings and assist in writing job postings and employment adsIdentifying opportunities to improve recruiting coordination processesOther duties may be assigned as neededSkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, administrative support, or operationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple calendars, priorities, and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience with applicant tracking systems- specifically Paylocity, scheduling tools- Google Calendar, Calendly across multiple time zonesExperience with Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeAbility to work effectively with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and human resourcesProfessional, polished, and service-oriented approachComfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environmentAbility to maintain strict confidentiality (i.e. compensation, job offers, promotions, etc.)Ability to adhere to policies and proceduresAbility to be flexible and adapt well to changeHigh School Diploma or GED requiredInterest in recruiting operations, candidate experience, or talent programsBilingual in Spanish, a plusBenefitsThe base pay that will actually be offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.This position may require up to 10% out-of-town travel to regional offices and special projects such as org-wide celebrations, team building exercises, etc.Availability to work nights and weekends may very rarely be required.GRID Alternatives may provide vehicles for work travel and/or travel reimbursement for personal vehicle use.
