[Remote] Temporary Customer Service Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OLLY PBC is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to their customers. The role involves managing customer orders, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient inventory management.ResponsibilitiesProvide world-class service to OLLY’s customers. Efficient and comprehensive communication with customer/retailers regarding inquiries, problem resolutions, etcSupport and work cross functionally with Sales team, Finance and rest of Olly’s supply chainProcess and efficiently manage full cycle of customer orders through EDI and Microsoft D365 (ERP). Be able to troubleshoot ad hoc issues that ariseWork with 3PL to efficiently manage finished goods inventory to maintain successful fulfillment levels for customer ordersAssist with customer and item data setupAssist with Bills of Materials, managing UPCs creations, complete customer specific datahubs (Salsify)Work with the S&OP Manager on identifying orders at risk for “cuts” and manage allocations. Monitor open orders, available inventory, aged inventory regularly and as dictated by business needsFacilitate new customer onboarding by completing “new item” requests, obtaining Routing Guides, and providing timely updates and reportsPull together metrics and appropriate KPIs to be able to track customer service related performanceSkills1-5 years experience in customer serviceStrong business acumen and a basic understanding of warehouse, inventory and logisticsProactive problem-solving approach: ability to anticipate problems before they occur and take initiative to identify and solve problems when they occurTransparent, open/honest communicator – great listener who can read between the linesFast learner, can react to changing environment, strong communication and organizationStrong excel skills and math skillsHighly organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivatedCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipCPG experience preferredInventory management preferredCompany OverviewOLLY is a maker of premium nutrition and wellness products.
