[Remote] Temporary Coordinator, Talent Acquisition

The Temporary Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will provide recruiting administration support to the Talent Acquisition team in North America, ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Follow standard work guidelines to create a positive candidate experience and adhere to compliance standards
ā¢ Timely and accurately complete interview schedules, offer letters, and candidate travel requests
ā¢ Maintain data integrity in applicant tracking system, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance
ā¢ Participate in projects as Subject Matter Expert on TA processes and systems
ā¢ Assist TA Coordinators in other regions when volume peaks or in their absence
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
ā¢ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
ā¢ Excellent attention to detail
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication
ā¢ Problem solver who can balance compliance with client and candidate needs
