Remote Telehealth Physician Opportunity

Primary Care | Geriatrics | Cardiology | Endocrinology | Psychiatry Telehealth | Chronic Care Management (CCM) | Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) | Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) – Florida and New York Earn $50,000–$350,000 in additional annual income by providing telehealth visits and overseeing Chronic Care Management, Principal Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, and Behavioral Health Integration services for your patients with chronic and behavioral health conditions. Estimated physician time commitment: Approximately 2–25 hours per week, depending on patient panel size. Physicians may continue working in their current practice while participating in this program. Position Overview We are expanding VirtuMedex nationally and are looking for Primary Care Physicians, Geriatricians, Cardiologists, Endocrinologists, and Psychiatrists, interested in a flexible telehealth model focused on preventing avoidable hospital readmissions for their Medicare patients and interested in expanding their practice through telehealth and remote care programs. Our platform supports physicians in managing patients with chronic medical and behavioral health conditions, improving care coordination and helping prevent avoidable hospital readmissions. VirtuMedex provides the infrastructure, monitoring technology, and care coordination support, allowing physicians to focus primarily on clinical oversight and patient care. Responsibilities • Conduct telehealth visits with patients remotely when needed • Provide clinical oversight for Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs • Review alerts and data from Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) devices • Participate in Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) services for patients with mental health conditions • Support patients transitioning from hospitals or skilled nursing facilities • Adjust treatment plans when necessary to prevent avoidable readmission. Clinical Support Provided VirtuMedex provides a dedicated care coordination team that handles: • patient outreach and enrollment • remote monitoring setup and tracking • care coordination and follow-ups • documentation support and billing administration Physicians focus primarily on clinical decision-making, telehealth visits when necessary, and treatment oversight.
