Job Overview We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telehealth Nurse (RN) to become an integral member of our dynamic team. In this in-office role, you will utilize your expertise to deliver exceptional patient care, assisting individuals as they navigate their complex healthcare journeys. Key Responsibilities • Patient Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor for patients, helping them understand and adhere to their treatment plans while addressing any challenges they may face. • Education: Offer clear and comprehensive information about medications, treatment options, and disease management techniques to enhance patient understanding and compliance. • Care Coordination: Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and various stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. • Problem-Solving: Identify and address obstacles to care, including insurance complications, medication access issues, and financial challenges. • Emotional Support: Provide compassionate support to patients, guiding them through their healthcare experiences with empathy and understanding. Required Skills • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Kentucky. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Qualifications • 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably with relevant disease state knowledge. • Background in case management or utilization management is advantageous. • A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
