[Remote] Telecommunications Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a Telecommunications Project Manager to join their growing Telecommunications business unit. The Project Manager will lead active projects or defined phases of larger projects, owning cost, quality, and team performance while working closely with clients and internal partners.ResponsibilitiesFunction as the main POC and owner for Telecommunications projectsOwn full cycle project execution in accordance with IG project management standardsCoordinate with clients, teams, and internal partners effectivelyManage scopes, track progress, and drive accountability across project teamsManage team culture and performance through monthly 1:1’s to increase productivity, identify insights and drive continuous service improvementsEnsure adherence and develop new company processes, quality standards, and project controlsSupport planning, sequencing, and execution to meet project milestonesFinancial planning and monitoringSkills5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Telecommunications/Network IT spaceUnderstanding and working knowledge of routing and switchingBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceDemonstrate leadership experience on complex projects (leading teams, scopes, change management, cross divisional partnership)Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project performance, schedule, cost, quality, and overall resultsPO Management ExperienceIntermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data manipulationFamiliarity with project management tools and processesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience leading Network Design projects in TelecommunicationsExperience with Power BI (or transferrable systems)Experience managing project financials/ tracking budgetsProfessional certifications (PMP, CAPM)Company OverviewInsight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
