[Remote] Telecom MSP Project Manager Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AireSpring is a leading provider of Cloud Communications and Managed Connectivity. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of telecommunications and managed services projects, assisting in tracking project activities and coordinating with internal teams and telecom carriers.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist with coordinating managed services and telecom projects from initiation through completion
ā¢ Support multiple active projects related to infrastructure services such as Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, and firewall installations
ā¢ Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and service delivery teams to track tasks and milestones
ā¢ Coordinate with telecom carriers (such as AT&T, Lumen/CenturyLink, Verizon) for circuit ordering, scheduling, and status updates
ā¢ Maintain project documentation including timelines, notes, status updates, and close-out information
ā¢ Help track project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies
ā¢ Communicate project updates to customers and internal stakeholders under the guidance of senior project managers
ā¢ Log issues, delays, or risks and escalate them to senior team members when needed
ā¢ Update project management systems and internal databases with accurate and timely information
ā¢ Follow established project processes and contribute ideas for improving coordination and efficiency
Skills
ā¢ 1ā3 years of experience in a project coordination, service delivery, or operations role within telecommunications or managed services
ā¢ Basic understanding of telecom and network services such as Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, or firewalls
ā¢ Exposure to carrier coordination, provisioning, or circuit ordering processes
ā¢ Comfortable working with multiple vendors and understanding carrier timelines
ā¢ Experience using project tracking tools, ticketing systems, or internal databases
ā¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Clear written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
ā¢ Experience supporting multi-site or business connectivity projects
ā¢ Familiarity with telecom ordering processes (ASR/LSR concepts)
ā¢ Interest in growing into a full Project Manager role over time
ā¢ Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
