Remote Teen Therapy Group Facilitator - Transform Lives with Antelope Recovery
Join our mission to revolutionize adolescent mental health care as a Remote Teen Therapy Group Facilitator! At Antelope Recovery, we're dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality care for teens, and we're seeking a passionate and experienced Group Facilitator to lead engaging, impactful group therapy sessions in our 100% remote Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) programs.
As a dynamic and skilled clinician, you will facilitate therapeutic groups for high-risk teens in a virtual setting, creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment for adolescents to develop coping skills, build connections, and make meaningful progress in their mental health journeys. This part-time, W2 position requires evening availability to accommodate our adolescent clients' schedules.
About the Role
We're looking for a licensed or pre-licensed mental health professional in Colorado with a minimum of 2 years of experience leading therapy groups for adolescents. You should be well-versed in group facilitation techniques, skilled in adapting to different dynamics, and passionate about creating positive change for teens and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead interactive, evidence-based therapy groups for adolescents struggling with mental health and substance use challenges
Utilize modalities such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and other relevant therapeutic approaches
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for teens to explore challenges and build resilience
Work closely with our clinical team to ensure continuity of care and client progress
Maintain clear, timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
About You
To succeed in this role, you should be:
Licensed or pre-licensed mental health professional in Colorado (LAC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
Experienced in leading therapy groups for adolescents
Skilled in engaging teens in virtual group settings
Passionate about creating positive change for teens and their families
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
