Accountabilities • Develop and align the technology strategy roadmap with business goals. • Lead the creation of technology roadmaps in collaboration with senior leaders. • Translate business needs into actionable technology priorities. • Design and implement effective operating models. • Optimize productivity and performance metrics across functions. • Represent the CIO in high‑level meetings and governance processes. • Manage execution of the strategic roadmap and track key deliverables. • Oversee financial planning and operational efficiency. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in technology, strategy, or operations in large organizations. • Proven ability to develop actionable technology strategies. • Exceptional communication skills with senior executives. • Strong understanding of health plan business functions. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
