[Remote] Technology Lead-Finance

The Technology Implementation Lead will gather and document business requirements, influence system design, and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project implementation and operational readiness.ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for technology solutionsInfluence and support system design to ensure alignment with business needs and optimal supportabilityCollaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Service Fund teams throughout the project lifecycleLead and coordinate implementation activities, including testing, operational readiness, and handoff to production supportApply strong accounting and financial understanding to project workFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholdersProvide project leadership and guidance to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field4+ years experience with Healthcare Enrollment, Claims, Service FundMinimum of 2 years of project leadership experienceExperience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including setup, requirements gathering, testing, and implementationProficiency in IT business analysis, including development of artifacts, architecture, and design documentationDemonstrated ability to solve problems and provide consultation within complex environmentsExperience facilitating cross-functional teamsProven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Service Fund, IT, and Finance teamsSolid knowledge and/or experience in accounting and financeAdvanced proficiency in SQL or similar data query languagesExperience working with Medicare and/or MedicaidExperience in data architecture and solution architectureExperience with project work, requirement design, and testingExperience with both production support and project-based workSignificant experience collaborating with IT teamsExperience with cloud technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platformsExperience supporting Service Operations (claims, billing & enrollment, etc.)Expertise in health insurance operationsExperience with value-based provider arrangementsCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designationExperience in corporate financeBenefitsThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
