The Technology and GRC Solutions Consultant supports the implementation and delivery of TrustCloud.ai Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for public sector and commercial customers, while also collaborating on strategic technology initiatives and developing technical content.ResponsibilitiesTrustCloud Implementation & Customer DeliveryShadow experienced TrustCloud implementation specialists and learn platform capabilities, implementation methodologies, and best practicesConfigure and implement TrustCloud solutions for public sector and commercial customersConduct customer discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshopsServe as a business analyst to document customer requirements, workflows, and desired outcomesGuide customers through Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts, features, and functionality within TrustCloudSupport customers in understanding security and compliance frameworks including NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and related standardsConfigure workflows, reporting, dashboards, assessments, and automation capabilities within TrustCloudDeliver customer training sessions and knowledge transfer activitiesManage implementation projects from initiation through production deploymentAssist with project planning, status tracking, and customer communicationsSupport contract and project management activities as neededMaintain project documentation, implementation artifacts, and customer deliverablesCollaborate with customer stakeholders, internal teams, and TrustCloud resources to ensure successful project outcomesProvide post-implementation support and customer success guidanceContribute to the growth and maturity of FRC’s TrustCloud and technology consulting practiceTechnology & Innovation InitiativesSupport the VP of Technology & Innovation with strategic technology initiativesResearch, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies and solutionsLearn and apply new artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to improve business operations, customer engagement, and service deliveryAssist with sales enablement efforts related to OEM technology partners and solution offeringsDevelop technical content including blog articles, white papers, presentations, webinars, and thought leadership materialsSupport technology demonstrations, customer briefings, and solution presentationsPerform other job-related duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field3–7 years of experience delivering customer-facing technology projectsExperience implementing SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, HubSpot, Atlassian, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar solutionsExperience supporting public sector customers including federal, state, local government, or higher education organizationsStrong business analysis and requirements gathering skillsExperience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation solutionsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyAbility to learn new technologies and concepts through self-directed learningAbility to learn and apply cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and compliance conceptsSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environmentExperience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platformsKnowledge of cybersecurity concepts and security compliance frameworksUnderstanding of NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), FedRAMP, StateRAMP, or related frameworksExperience supporting professional services or consulting engagementsExperience with workflow automation platforms and API integrationsProject management experienceSecurity+, CGRC, CISA, CISSP, PMP, or related certificationsCompany OverviewFounded in 1998, FRC has a proven track record of delivering IT solutions across commercial, federal, and international markets.
