The role involves serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving Salesforce and Lead-to-Cash initiatives from discovery through deployment. Key responsibilities include requirements elicitation, business process analysis, solution design support, and user adoption coordination.ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering activities through stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercisesAnalyze and document current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automationElicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, data requirements, and process dependenciesDevelop business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, data mappings, and solution documentationManage and prioritize product backlogs in partnership with Product Owners and business stakeholdersFacilitate requirements reviews and solution design sessions with business users, architects, administrators, and development teamsSupport Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash processes including lead management, opportunity management, quoting, pricing, approvals, contracts, billing, and renewalsEnsure proposed solutions align with business objectives, Salesforce best practices, and enterprise standardsDevelop test strategies, test scenarios, and business validation plans to ensure requirements are fully metCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, regression testing, and release validation activitiesValidate Salesforce configurations, CPQ pricing logic, workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and business processesMaintain end-to-end requirements traceability from discovery through deploymentAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication, decision-making, and issue resolutionParticipate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectivesSupport change management, user training, documentation, and adoption initiatives to ensure successful business outcomesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field2-5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce implementations and enhancementsStrong experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, workflow analysis, business case development, and solution documentationExperience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash business processesKnowledge of quoting, pricing, approvals, contract management, billing, renewals, and customer lifecycle managementExperience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and functional specificationsFamiliarity with integrations, data migration, reporting, dashboards, and enterprise business processesExperience supporting Agile/Scrum teams and managing requirements throughout the software development lifecycleStrong stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and communication skillsExperience coordinating UAT, defect management, release validation, and business readiness activitiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar delivery and requirements management toolsConsulting or client-facing experience preferredSalesforce certifications such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or related credentials preferredBenefitsFull time roles are eligible for a full range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.A complete description of all available benefits can be found at Riveron's Benefits page at https://riveron.com/riveron-life/.Company OverviewRiveron is a business advisory firm that offers professional consulting services for investors and operating organizations.
