[Remote] Technician Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Technician Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team, where you will execute multi-channel programs focused on technician acquisition and support the technical recruiting team.ResponsibilitiesProgram Development: create and launch new demand generation initiatives focused on technician acquisition and bench re-engagementEmail Marketing: plan, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement across the funnelDigital Marketing: manage and optimize the efficient use of job boards and company review sites to drive brand awareness, improve acquisition, and identify skilled technicians aligned to client demandCommunications: drive candidate communication programs, newsletters, spotlights, and related programs to build a loyal, long-term technician communityCandidate Flow Optimization: collaboration with recruiting and marketing to streamline and optimize lead handoffs, scoring, and funnel progressionReporting & Analysis: own campaign reporting; analyze performance metrics; share insights to improve open rates, application rates, click-through rates, conversions, and pipeline impactContent: coordinate and work closely with team members to develop creative content for marketing initiativesExplore new channels to expand footprint and alignment with key technician segments including, but not limited to, sociations, career fairs, trade schools, etcAll other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or similar discipline4+ years of experience in service-driven demand generation, B2B and B2C marketing, or growth marketing rolesDeep knowledge of email marketing, including list segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and reportingHands-on experience with job boards and related candidate acquisition channels as well as review sitesStrong analytical skills and proficiency with back-end communication and reporting systems and tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Canvas, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)Excellent project management skills and attention to detailStrong collaboration and communication skills, with a cross-functional mindsetBullhorn experience is highly preferredExperience in manufacturing, industrial staffing, workforce solutions, or similar is a plusBenefitsBest in Class: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance coverage offeredWork remotely in the United StatesPaid holidays, Vacation, & Birthday PTOCompany sponsored personal wellness planHome office equipment providedCompany OverviewFlexTrades offers staffing, recruiting, and trading system services.
