This role will focus on documenting and standardizing processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, write, and maintain clear, concise, and structured documentation for DevOps processesCreate and standardize SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation aligned with ISO 9001 standardsCollaborate closely with DevOps engineers, SMEs, and stakeholders to capture accurate technical processesEnsure documentation is compliant with ISO AS9001 quality management system requirementsReview, edit, and update existing documentation to improve clarity, usability, and complianceEstablish documentation best practices and templates across the teamMaintain version control and documentation repositoriesSkillsProven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably supporting DevOps, engineering, or IT teamsStrong experience developing SOPs and Work InstructionsFamiliarity with or direct experience supporting ISO AS9001 standards and compliance requirementsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in DevOps, software engineering, or infrastructure environmentsFamiliarity with tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, or similar documentation platformsExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git)Knowledge of process improvement or quality management systemsCompany OverviewEmbark on a transformative journey with Judge Consulting, your strategic partner in propelling enterprises globally through innovative #IT #solutions.
