- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Experience working in a remote customer service role
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards
- Certification in Customer Service Excellence or related field
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care services
