They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver top-tier customer support, manage case logs, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and resolution of issues.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer assistance with Client hardware and softwareDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with product installation, general troubleshooting, and application usage over the phone or by emailPerform software/application configurations and updates as neededCreate and document customer contact case history Client Customer Relations Management (CRM) toolFollow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction in certain situationsSkillsCurrently enrolled in high school, high school diploma or equivalentExperience in a customer focused position preferredExperience with technical support, computer support, or gaming preferredProficiency with computers Windows OS, O365, MS Office, Mac OSX, etcKnowledge of PC's or devices including how to build, configure, troubleshoot, or repairWorking experience with hardware, software, and configurationExcellent critical thinking skills, problem solving and strategic thinking abilitiesWorking knowledge of gaming and support devicesMaintain high degree of accuracy and great attention to detailCommunicate effectively, professionally, clearly, and courteously with customersAn understanding of electronics which includes low voltage data wiringExperience in troubleshooting projectors, amplifiers and other in-home electronics and the techniques used in connectingAbility to work in fluid and ever-changing situationWillingness to adapt to Auxillium's highly positive culture as a supportive Team MemberBenefitsPaid time off program401KMedicalDentalVision plansCompany OverviewAt Auxillium we are focused on …Listening to understand.
