[Remote] Technical Solutions Engineer, Connectivity

The Technical Solutions Engineer serves as a trusted technical advisor to the Regional Sales Directors and enterprise customers, focusing on pre-sales discovery, solution scoping, and post-sale integration support to ensure successful certification and launch outcomes.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales on discovery: device architecture, radios/bands, mobility, data profiles, security posture, SLAs; propose Telit Connectivity and services strategy, APN selection, and SIM fleet policiesBuild POCs and demos (SIM activation, CMP configuration, device attach tests, data path validation) and deliver results to stakeholdersQuantify trade-offs (CAT-M vs. NB-IoT vs. LTE Cat 1.bis/Cat 1; roaming vs. localized profiles; eUICC orchestration plans) and recommend the optimal designLead first-time attach and KPI baselining (Signal strength, network attach, PDP contexts, throughput/latency).
