This role combines technical implementation with strategic consultation to deliver impactful business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted technical advisor to customers, diagnosing business challenges and designing solutions that drive measurable ROI through integration and data strategyLead discovery sessions to identify integration requirements, data sources, migration scope, volume expectations, and associated risksTranslate customer needs into structured solution designs, including integration architecture diagrams, data mapping documentation, field transformation specifications, and migration runbooksOwn end-to-end delivery of complex integrations using iPaaS platforms, connecting Wrike seamlessly into broader customer technology ecosystemsBuild and configure automated workflows, triggers, and data synchronization patterns with robust handling for retries, errors, deduplication, and rate limitsDesign and implement API-based integrations using REST/SOAP protocols, OAuth2 authentication, webhooks, and event-driven architecturesMaintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including flow diagrams, activity diagrams, and functional specificationsLead enterprise-scale data migration projects from source analysis through cutover, including ETL design, field mapping, transformation logic, cleansing, validation, and reconciliationDevelop and execute migration test plans to ensure data integrity, record accuracy, and zero-loss deliveryBuild and maintain cutover and rollback plans, proactively managing migration risks across large datasetsWork with structured data formats such as SQL, CSV, and JSON, applying scripting for transformation and automation tasksDeliver knowledge transfer sessions and create user guides, admin runbooks, and training materials for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProactively troubleshoot, test, and optimize integration and migration solutions after deployment to ensure ongoing reliability and performanceEstablish monitoring and alerting patterns for live integrations to identify issues before they affect customersBuild deep expertise across Wrikeโs product suite, integration capabilities, and the broader enterprise application ecosystemContribute to internal knowledge bases, reusable assets, and process improvements that elevate the quality and consistency of customer deliveryServe as a technical resource for internal teams on integration strategies, migration approaches, and platform capabilitiesSkills4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Implementation, Post-Sales Engineering, or a related roleBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceProven track record delivering complex SaaS implementation projects involving enterprise integrations and large-scale data migrationsHands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft, including design, build, and production deploymentStrong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON data structures, authentication methods such as OAuth2 and SAML, and webhook architecturesProficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and validating relational dataExperience working with large, structured datasetsScripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for data transformation, automation, and integration tasksDemonstrated experience leading data migration projects, including field mapping, ETL logic, cleansing, validation, and reconciliationFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or TableauUnderstanding of enterprise application integration trends, data governance principles, and considerations for PII or regulated environmentsExperience with enterprise cloud business
