About the Role:

Peak Group Companies is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Remote Technical Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:

Sales Development:
Ā• Identify and qualify potential industrial clients through market research and prospecting.
Ā• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
Ā• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.

Technical Sales:
Ā• Understand complex technical specifications and industry standards.
Ā• Effectively communicate technical product information and solutions to customers.
Ā• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value proposition.
Ā• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues.

Customer Relationship Management:
Ā• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
Ā• Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
Ā• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Sales Pipeline Management:
Ā• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, opportunities, and forecast sales.
Ā• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, prioritizing opportunities and ensuring timely follow-up.
Ā• Accurately forecast sales and revenue.

Qualifications:
Ā• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
