They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles within their EPD organization, emphasizing the importance of delivering a great candidate experience while building talent pipelines for future growth.ResponsibilitiesManage 4-6 open requisitions simultaneously across our EPD organizationOwn the entire recruiting process from intake to offer acceptance: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing feedback, and closing candidatesPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and urgency levels, while advising on role prioritization and expectationsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsLeverage multiple channels including job boards, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreachCoordinate interview schedules across multiple stakeholders with limited availabilityMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (we use Kula, but experience with any of Greenhouse, Ashby, or Gem is advantageous)Provide regular updates to hiring managers and Recruiting lead on pipeline status, bottlenecks, and forecastSkills3-5 years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience (in-house) in high-growth tech-focused organizationsAn understanding of the broader talent market trends, especially the rapidly evolving AI space, and can speak credibly to technical candidatesExperience with deadline-driven recruiting, operating with urgency to fill roles from open to offer within 30-45 daysStrong sourcing skills with demonstrable experience building pipelines from scratchProficiency with modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)Expert-level LinkedIn Recruiter and search capabilitiesDigital health or healthtech recruiting experienceCompany OverviewAlaffia Health offers an AI platform that supports health plan claims operations by automating and improving clinical review workflows.
