They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to develop staffing plans, conduct interviews, and maintain strong relationships with Business Account Managers to ensure successful placements.ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of applicants for current and future openingsCreate and utilize job-based situational and behavioral interview questions for various rolesConduct interviews for a wide range of positions in energy, engineering, manufacturing, and light industrial sectorsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Business Account Managers to ensure successful placementsResearch industry trends and requirements to identify suitable candidatesUpdate and maintain candidate database, tracking candidate status, job listings, and client interactionsStay informed of federal and state employment law changes affecting hiring practicesLeverage AI tools and platforms to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate qualification processesSkillsStrong knowledge of the recruiting and staffing industryMinimum of three (3) years of experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency, preferably within energy, engineering, manufacturing, or light industrialProficiency with candidate sourcing platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etcComputer literate, especially in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly BullhornExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidatesBachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experienceBenefitsSalary plus commissionsEligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plansParticipation in a 401(k) planCompany OverviewSystem One is a professional staffing firms.
