They are seeking a part-time Recruiter to focus on sourcing Tech and Go to Market talent in the Mexico City market, responsible for managing the hiring funnel and collaborating with a remote team.ResponsibilitiesOwn the top of the hiring funnel for Tech and Go to Market talent in Mexico City (sourcing, personalized outreach, and candidate screening) including targeted, high-touch searches for Senior Software EngineersBuild pipelines independently, advise on the local talent market, and collaborate asynchronously with a New York–based teamSkillsProven experience sourcing and engaging senior engineers; fintech, payments, or banking hiring experience is advantageousExperience recruiting across both Tech and Go to Market roles, including higher-volume pipelinesDeep knowledge of the Mexico City talent marketFull professional fluency in Spanish and EnglishStrong hands-on sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and personalized outreach that convertsComfort with modern recruiting tools (ATS and sourcing platforms; Ashby and Juicebox experience is a plus)Ability to run sourcing and screening with autonomy and work asynchronously across time zonesComfortable with startup pace, ambiguity, and switching between very different role typesBenefitsCompetitive hourly rate, commensurate with experienceFlexible schedule of approximately 5–20 hours per week, scaling with hiring needsFully remote contract engagement with potential for expanded scope over timeCompany OverviewG2 Startup Advisors is a human resources consulting company that offers executive search, talent acquisition, and advisory services.
