Remote Technical Recruiter (Part Time)
A new position has opened up at workwarp for a Remote Technical Recruiter! Whether you're in our Remote hub or working remotely, you'll be a core part of the team. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. The compensation for this role is benchmarked at a competitive salary. Â Â As our Remote Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our mid-sized manufacturing plant. Your focus will be on technical roles, ensuring that we find skilled professionals who can contribute to our growth and success. This position is part-time and fully remote.
Responsibilities...
 Job Postings and Sourcing:
 Write and post technical job descriptions on relevant platforms.
 Source potential candidates from niche job boards, social media, and other channels.
 Candidate Screening:
 Review resumes and screen candidates based on specialized technical skills.
 Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
 Interview Coordination:
 Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
 Provide timely feedback to candidates.
 Relationship Building:
 Develop strong relationships with hiring managers.
 Understand staffing needs and collaborate on recruitment plans.
 Process Improvement:
 Offer new ideas and strategies to enhance our recruitment process.
 Continuously improve sourcing and selection methods.
Requirements:
 Experience: Previous experience as a recruiter is essential.
 Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., engineers, technicians, machine operators).
 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
 Results-Driven: Motivated to fill positions efficiently and effectively.
