They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to architect and scale their talent engine, focusing on recruiting exceptional technical and mission-driven talent in competitive markets.ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboardingBuild and execute proactive sourcing strategies for highly competitive AI and engineering marketsDevelop structured interview processes and evaluation rubricsPartner with hiring managers to define performance profiles and talent gapsDrive candidate experience and closing strategyTrack recruiting metrics and continuously improve funnel performance and ATS workflowsPartner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring prioritizationContribute to improvements of structured onboarding programsSupport performance review cycles and feedback systemsImplement and document SOPs for core processesCoordinate with external vendors, legal counsel, and service providersIdentify bottlenecks and test new tools or workflows to boost efficiencyContribute to and own other cross-functional, operational projects as the company continues to scaleSkills3+ years in recruiting and operations, ideally at a high-growth startupBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceDemonstrated success recruiting both technical (e.g., ML engineers, software engineers, data scientists, etc.) and non-technical (e.g., researchers, threat investigators, etc.) roles in competitive marketsStrong outbound sourcing capabilityExperience designing and implementing hiring processes, SOPs, onboarding programs, and process improvementsComfort rolling up your sleeves, operating in ambiguity, and building systems from scratchExceptional verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with HR management systems, job boards, and applicant-tracking systemsComfort working in fast-moving, high-impact environments, such as startups, AI research labs, or security-focused teamsExperience recruiting in AI, cybersecurity, or mission-driven domainsExperience recruiting in the US and internationallyBenefitsRoom for growth with demonstrated successComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planUnlimited PTOProfessional development stipendRemote work environmentCompany Overview10a Labs is the safety and threat-intelligence layer trusted by frontier AI labs, AI unicorns, Fortune 10 companies, and leading global technology platforms.
