Remote Technical Project Manager - Ritual
About Ritual Ritual is building a sovereign layer for AI. Our first phase, Infernet, is the first product of its kind to enable developers to access models both on-chain via smart contracts and off-chain. Our next phase, the Ritual chain, will be a sovereign layer custom-built to support AI-native operations and enable a new class of applications at the intersection of crypto and AI. About the role As a Technical Project Manager you will work closely with our engineering, research, and product teams to drive development and implementation across the company. Your ability to ensure seamless collaboration across teams will be key to delivering high-quality outcomes on tight timelines. • Oversee the development process from end-to-end ensuring timely delivery and quality of product • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineers, researchers, and product managers—to execute project scope, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively • Maintain thorough documentation, metrics, and KPIs leveraging insights to guide the project roadmap • Track and monitor project milestones, anticipating potential obstacles and taking proactive steps to resolve issues • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolve conflicts, and remove blockers to ensure project success • Actively engage with key stakeholders across the organization, including external partners, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and expectations • Work closely with leadership to execute and allocate resources (time, talent, budget) across multiple projects to meet aggressive deadlines • Serve as a technical bridge between internal teams, growth, and external community functions About you • 3-5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in web3 • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices • Familiarity with AI and blockchain technologies, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical domains • Hungry, high-energy and ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Effective communication skills, capable of addressing technical teams, leadership, and community questions in a highly cross-discipline domain • A high level of end-to-end ownership and self-direction, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with stakeholders across timezones • Strong process and project management skills with high attention to detail, proactive and well organized, with excellent communication skills Why join us • Join a passionate group of engineers, researchers, and operators on a mission to build the next generation of AI infrastructure • Highly competitive compensation package, including annual discretionary bonus & optimized tax structure compared to the vast majority of web3 startups • Top 1% of benefits across the web3 startup space • 100% of premiums covered on highest quality healthcare • Aggressive company 401k match • Fully remote and/or hybrid, up to you! • Participate in virtual and in-person events • Much much more!
