[Remote] Technical Project Manager, Agile/Scrum

They are seeking a Technical Project Manager III who will manage complex IT programs, ensuring project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication are effectively handled.ResponsibilitiesHolds Project Management responsibilities (project documentation, meeting coordination, and notes / action planning)Partners with technical vendor, UiPath, as well as operational teams and their SMEsManages project timelines, resources, risks, and dependenciesCoordinates cross-functional stakeholders (HRSD, vendors, and operations)Oversees design, development, testing, and deployment of the automation solutionsEnsures alignment with governance, security, and compliance standardsAlleviates existing bandwidth constraints and provides a PM resource with technical expertiseResponsible for project charter, scope, and success metricsCreates detailed project plan with milestones and dependenciesResponsible for stakeholder communication plan and executive updatesManages business and technical requirements documentationCoordinates testing strategy and UATManages risk, issue, and dependency logs with mitigation plansCreates go-live readiness checklist and deployment planResponsible for post-implementation review, performance metrics, and optimization roadmapSkillsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field—or equivalent work experience7 to 10 years+ of Project Management experience in an Agile environmentProject Management certification is requiredSoftware development and skills in agile principles are requiredExtensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and toolsExperienced Scrum Master who will exhibit agile leadership and a deep understanding of what it means to conduct oneself as a servant leaderOutstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to team developmentAble to work well in cross-functional teamsSkilled in stakeholder management with strong presentation / communication skills across various levels of the businessCompany OverviewPartner’s Consulting is the first and only woman-owned project leadership company that helps enterprises meet the changing demands of technology.
