[Remote] Technical Project Manager

They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead Agile delivery teams, manage project roadmaps, and ensure successful implementation of technology solutions for government stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Agile delivery teams using Scrum and Agile-at-Scale methodologies to deliver complex technology solutions on schedule and within scopeCreate, manage, and maintain project roadmaps, sprint plans, and release schedules using Azure DevOps to support iterative development and deliveryOversee requirements discovery and documentation in collaboration with business analysts and technical teams, ensuring business needs are accurately captured before solution developmentServe as the primary interface between government stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to align expectations, communicate progress, and resolve issuesEnsure technical solutions meet defined business, functional, and non-functional requirements, supporting successful implementation and client satisfactionIdentify and manage team blockers, conflicts, risks, and scope changes; maintain risk registers and issue logs; and escalate as necessaryFacilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and executive reporting sessionsAnalyze current-state processes, define future-state improvements, and guide teams through change adoption and transformationCoordinate across development, data, QA, architecture, and business teams to ensure integrated solution deliveryAssemble and present project status, metrics, risks, and performance reports to management and executive stakeholdersLeverage Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Microsoft OneDrive to manage project artifacts, documentation, collaboration, and traceabilityPromote continuous improvement of Agile practices, delivery processes, and team performanceWorks under minimal supervision with minor guidance from senior personnelSkillsAt least ten (10+) years of experience in technical project management, Agile delivery, or program management roles supporting enterprise technology initiativesDemonstrated experience managing Agile/Scrum teams and delivering technology solutions in cloud-based environmentsExperience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and traceabilityStrong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and WaterfallExperience managing cross-functional technical teams including software engineers, data engineers, architects, and QA teamsExperience with cloud technology environments, preferably Microsoft AzureProven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectationsStrong change management and process improvement experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reportingExcellent organizational, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
