[Remote] Technical Project Manager

Radiansys Inc. is looking for a Technical Project Manager - Responsible AI with expertise in managing and leading Responsible AI initiatives. The role involves driving large, multi-functional programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.ResponsibilitiesDrive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areasLead all aspects of multiple concurrent features, including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization. Day-to-day will include program managing, execution, and risk assessments, in order to meet the overall program goalsFoster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline- Play an active role in improving how features are built and executedHelp set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve the suite of featuresSkills7+ years of experience in project or program management with prior experience in machine learning/artificial intelligenceDeep experience in ML/AI development life cyclesExcellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently with the capability to work across a large number of teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environmentStrong ability to manage cross functional priorities, establishing unified OKRs/KPIs, fostering clear communication, and encouraging efficient project deliveryStrong ability to document requirements, define project scope, facilitate effort estimation with technical teams, articulate schedule constraints, and manage multiple roadmapsStrong product and technical orientation and ability to maintain sight of user experience during feature developmentStrong analytical skills and obsession for data, solid understanding of metrics measuring machine learning models and overall system qualityDemonstrated data-driven decision-making skills, including experience leading metrics-driven projects or programsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendationsDemonstrated ability to drive decisions, resolve conflicts, and influence outcomes without direct authorityAdvanced degree (MS/MBA) in a technical, organizational, or communication-related fieldMust be authorized to work in the U.S. for at least 12 months.
