They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to support the successful delivery of technology projects by coordinating communication, documentation, workflows, and project execution activities.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects simultaneouslyDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, task lists, and project documentationTrack project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependenciesCoordinate internal project meetings and maintain action item trackingEnsure project stakeholders have visibility into project status and upcoming deliverablesPartner closely with the VP of Technology on client-facing projects and initiativesParticipate in client meetings to document requirements, decisions, action items, and follow-up tasksAssist in gathering business requirements and clarifying project objectivesServe as a communication bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and internal development teamsHelp manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and documentationCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, meeting notes, and action item registersTranslate business discussions into clear and actionable requirements for technical teamsMaintain organized project repositories and ensure documentation remains currentWork closely with developers, designers, QA resources, and business stakeholders to facilitate project executionAssist with backlog management, sprint planning, and task prioritization activitiesEnsure development teams have the information and documentation needed to complete assigned workCoordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment readiness effortsHelp identify and resolve project blockers through collaboration with project stakeholdersAssist in developing repeatable project management standards and best practicesIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, communication processes, and project delivery methodsSupport the implementation and administration of project management and documentation toolsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across technology and business operationsSkills3+ years of project coordination, project management, business analyst, implementation, or similar experienceExceptional organizational and documentation skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesExperience creating detailed project documentation and workflow diagramsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsFamiliarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC)Experience working with software development teamsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related fieldUnderstanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and web-based applicationsFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologiesExperience using ClickUp, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar project management platformsExperience with Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar workflow and process mapping toolsPMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst certifications are a plusBenefitsMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceVoluntary life insurance401(k)Paid holidaysGenerous PTO policyCompany-provided equipmentPositions designated as remote are fully and permanently remoteCompany OverviewInnowave Marketing Group is a rewards company that provides reward solutions, sales incentives, and consumer promotion marketplace services.
