[Remote] Technical Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in biotech, pharma, or life sciences. The role involves leading the business lifecycle for SAP S4/HANA implementation, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the business lifecycle for the SAP S4/HANA implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelinesCollaborate closely with client stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to drive program milestones and deliverablesServe as a primary liaison between business (test script readiness, validation activities, business readiness), technology (IQ, OQ, technical change control), and vendor implementation teams to ensure seamless coordinationDevelop, manage, and monitor the detailed program plan, breaking down micro-goals and dependencies using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and JiraIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams, proactively connect the dots, and escalate as needed to mitigate program impactAct as a trusted deputy to the Director, stepping in to support or lead key activities during their absence or high workload periodsDrive continuous improvement and bring fresh, innovative ideas to optimize program execution and stakeholder collaborationFacilitate cross-functional communication and reporting to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned with program progressSupport business readiness activities including testing assurance and validation complianceSkillsCandidates MUST come from a biotech/pharma/life sciences backgroundSAP and S4/Hana experience is requiredSTRONG Smartsheet experienceProven experience (typically 12+ years) as a Program Manager in large-scale SAP/ERP implementations (preferred SAP S4/HANA)Strong knowledge of SAP supply chain processesDemonstrable expertise in program lifecycle management including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and go-live coordinationExperience working directly with clients, internal business and technology stakeholders, and vendor implementation partnersStrong proficiency with program and project management tools including Smartsheet, MS Project, and JiraExcellent capability to see the big picture and connect detailed activities across multiple workstreams in complex, matrixed environmentsAbility to lead and influence cross-functional teams and adapt to changing prioritiesExceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to travel as required to support program needs (minimum travel expected)Prior experience stepping into senior leadership roles or acting as an escalation point is a plusUser Acceptance Testing and ConfirmationExperience in Agile/Scrum environmentsExpertise in change managementCustomer-facing experienceSharp learning ability, problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsAptitude to adjust to changeSAP experience required (S4/Hana a plus)PMP Certification or equivalentCompany OverviewMilestone Technologies is a global IT Services and Digital Solutions company based in Silicon Valley that helps hundreds of leading corporations deliver technology around the globe.
