[Remote] Technical Project Manager

The PM will be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgetsIdentify and report on risks to project schedule, budget, and quality of deliverablesTrack and report on progress relative to plan for SOC engagementsInitiate projects and coordinate delivery of service engagements, including planning and leading internal transition calls and client kick-off calls, building projects in PSA, and ensuring plans are agreeable to clientDevelop and follow a project-close process to ensure data integrity and accuracy of reportingProactively escalate potential client satisfaction issues, internal operational issues, and SOC team issues to senior leadershipRegularly update projects in PSA, including status, milestone dates and knows issues and risksCollaborate with the Consulting organization to optimize client satisfaction of share clients and ensure bi-directional communication is occurring regarding engagementsSupport the development, communication, and presentation of SOC and Cloud metricsServe as a main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors to help coordinate and manage SOC engagementsPerform other duties within the scope of the role as assignedSkillsMinimum 5 years experience as a Technical Project Manager, focused on cybersecurity and cloud environmentsExperience working with senior management and well-versed in the practices and demands of progressive and evolving Service organizationsHands-on experience with ServiceNow is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related fieldStrong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITRUST, and other compliance standardsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Managed Security ServicesAbility to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks, prioritize multiple projects and follow throughAbility to make sound decisions in potentially time-sensitive and pressure situationsAbility to embrace Clearwater's CLEAR core values (Commitment to Client Success, Lead with Accountability, Integrity & Collaboration, Excellence in All That We Do, Advance Colleague Success, Respect & Transparency) and cultureContinuously expand technical knowledge across project management methodologies and tools, staying current with emerging technologies relevant to the projects managedAttend workshops, webinars, and courses focused on advanced project management skills, leadership development, and industry-specific technologiesMBA degree in the above fields is preferredPMP or related Project Management certification is a plusBenefitsMerit-based salary increasesEligibility for our 401(k) planMedical, dental, vision, life and disability insurancesLeaves provided in line with your work stateFlexible paid time off11 paid holidaysPaid sick timeCompany OverviewClearwater provides healthcare cybersecurity, compliance, managed cloud, and risk solutions.
