Remote | Technical Program Manager IV — Up to $105/hr

We are sharing a specialised remote opportunity for experienced Technical Program Managers with strong backgrounds in data science, analytics, and cross-functional program leadership. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of high-impact data science initiatives while enabling data-driven decision-making across technical teams. The Technical Program Manager will partner closely with leadership, engineering, and analytics teams to drive strategic initiatives, align technical roadmaps with business priorities, and ensure successful delivery of complex programs across the data science portfolio. Key Responsibilities Drive visibility and execution of operational and strategic data science initiatives Partner with leadership to identify long-term priorities and strategic focus areas Align technical roadmaps with organizational OKRs and business objectives Prepare and present portfolio-level reports covering milestones, progress, and performance metrics Develop and optimize processes for project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation Coordinate resource planning across multiple teams and initiatives Improve delivery timelines and reduce project delays across the program portfolio Leverage advanced analytics techniques to derive insights from structured and unstructured data Guide teams on analytical design, modeling, and data visualization strategies Apply quantitative tools and emerging analytical approaches to support research outcomes Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including engineering and data science units Facilitate strategic planning sessions and organizational alignment initiatives Ensure consistent communication and messaging across stakeholders Track progress against key results and ensure delivery against commitments Provide support for production incidents and operational requests Drive continuous improvements in systems, tools, and processes across the portfolio Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have: 7–10 years of experience working with technical teams Experience in data science, analytics, or technical program management Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive organizational priorities Advanced proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong experience managing cross-functional technical programs Ability to operate in high-growth, fast-paced environments Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and strategic initiatives Proven ability to influence leadership decisions and drive alignment across teams Why This Opportunity Lead a portfolio of high-impact data science initiatives Work closely with leadership on strategic technical programs Influence decision-making through data-driven insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and analytics Competitive compensation and enterprise-level program ownership Contract Details Full-time position Remote role based in California, United States Competitive hourly compensation ( $75–$105/hr ) Structured enterprise role with long-term program ownership Work closely with internal technical teams and leadership stakeholders About the Platform This opportunity is available through a leading AI-driven work platform.
