Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager III (TPM III) to drive the execution of high-impact AI-powered monetization initiatives supporting the Company SXP Product organization. This role will be responsible for leading complex cross-functional programs, managing strategic roadmaps, and delivering scalable solutions that improve sales productivity and advertiser outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs while balancing scope, quality, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risksDevelop and execute program roadmaps across multiple AI-enabled business initiatives supporting sales productivity, automation, and monetization effortsCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to ensure alignment and successful program executionTrack program metrics, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items while driving accountability across teamsManage project planning activities including requirements gathering, schedule management, status reporting, risk mitigation, contingency planning, and executive communicationsReview technical solutions, architecture discussions, and code concepts to support decision-making and facilitate effective collaboration with engineering teamsDevelop launch plans, track bugs and feedback items, and partner with stakeholders to drive issues through resolutionProactively identify program risks, remove blockers, and escalate issues when necessary to maintain delivery momentumLeverage AI tools and automation capabilities to improve program efficiency, reporting, and operational effectivenessPresent program updates, recommendations, and execution status to leadership and executive stakeholdersAttend regular internal practice community meetingsCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadershipComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practiceAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunitiesSkills7+ years of experience in technical program management combined with a software engineering or technical backgroundBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical fieldExperience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs involving multiple stakeholders and business partnersStrong understanding of software development lifecycles, architecture, and technical systemsAbility to read and review code in Python and JavaScriptExperience delivering technology and business application solutions in enterprise-scale, multi-platform environmentsDemonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and stakeholder communicationExperience working with executive leadership and driving program-level strategic planningStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environmentsMust be available to work Pacific Time Zone hours10+ years of technical program management experiencePrevious Client experience (former employee or contingent worker)Experience supporting AI, machine learning, automation, or generative AI programsFamiliarity with AI tools such as Claude and AI-assisted workflow automationExperience within monetization, advertising technology, sales enablement, or revenue-generating platformsExperience leading programs in highly matrixed technology organizationsStrong background in product launches, business operations, and cross-functional executionBenefitsComprehensive medical benefitsA 401k planPaid holidaysMedical, dental, vision, life insurancePaid holidays401K + matchingNetworking & career learning and development programsCompany OverviewitD is a different kind of technology and software development consultancy that puts client needs at the center of what we do.
