[Remote] Technical Program Manager

The role involves driving alignment, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring successful execution across engineering, AI/ML, and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary coordination point between engineering teams, AI/ML leaders, product stakeholders, and executive leadershipFacilitate communication and alignment across distributed, cross-functional teamsTranslate complex AI, machine learning, and agentic system concepts into clear and actionable updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDrive program execution by proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and blockers while ensuring timely resolutionEstablish lightweight governance, accountability, and operational structure in an agile and rapidly evolving environmentCoordinate planning, prioritization, and status reporting activities across multiple workstreamsDocument key decisions, best practices, lessons learned, and delivery patterns to support the development of a scalable AI delivery frameworkFoster collaboration and maintain momentum across teams to ensure successful delivery of program objectivesActively stay informed about advancements in AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI technologiesSkillsStrong technical background with experience in software engineering, data engineering, cloud technologies, AI/ML, or related disciplinesExperience working closely with engineering and technical teams to deliver complex technology initiativesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levelsDemonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution in fast-paced, highly collaborative environmentsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skillsExperience creating structure, accountability, and alignment in evolving or greenfield programsExposure to AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science initiativesExperience supporting enterprise AI transformation programs or emerging technology initiativesFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration and project management toolsHealthcare industry experience is preferred but not requiredCompany Overview"Highbrow LLC" has been founded by professionals having deep industry experience.
