[Remote] Technical Program Manager

CyrusOne is a leading data center services provider, and they are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join their Customer Success organization. The TPM will ensure that products and services meet customer requirements and uphold Service Level Agreements while overseeing execution and compliance throughout the customer life cycle.ResponsibilitiesEnsure adherence to contractual obligations and customer requirements across multiple data center functions including space design and delivery, physical security, power and environmental operations, health & safety, interconnection, incident management, and change managementOversee service availability, compliance, and key performance indicatorsCollaborate with internal teams including Sales, Account Management, Design, Construction, Implementations, Operations, EHS, IT, and Security to ensure a seamless delivery of servicesPartner with external resources as needed to meet customer needs and obligationsDrive business process innovation to enhance contract delivery capabilities through defined processes, systems, and automationMaintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and act as a trusted advisorOversee and manage the execution of customer lease terms and requirements to ensure compliance with contractual obligationsDevelop and implement comprehensive plans and schedules required to satisfy lease termsUnderstand CyrusOne’s standard policies and procedures, and perform process documentation for non-standard requirementsSkillsBA or BS in technical discipline or equivalent practical experience5+ years' experience in data center colocation or IT infrastructure supportTechnical aptitude with an understanding of contract and lease terms including energy, building premises, telecom, security, and operationsExperience with data center builds, migrations, and installationsHighly organized with a strong attention to detailCertifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar certification are preferredCompany OverviewCyrusOne is a data center operator that offers colocation and peering services.
